MANIA SELF RATING SCALE

 

If you suffer mostly with mood swings from sad to irritable to feeling a natural high/mania/irrational  moods, out of character behavior, impulsive decision making, multitasking without actually finishing anything, this screen is for you.

 

ADD/ADHD SELF RATING SCALE
